Basic T&C's and Payment Policies
PAYMENT: Ramvira’s Kitchen accepts Credit Card and PayPal payments in USD.
Paypal is a secure online payment system that will process both credit card and check payments. All prices are in USD and conversion with other currencies will be done by Paypal. Orders outside of the USA may be accessed a tariff or border fee. Purchasers will be responsible for all these and any additional shipping costs.
SHIPPING: Items should arrive 7 to 10 business days after ordering. Ramvira’s Kitchen ships World Wide. International orders should arrive within 15 business days. For more information, read our shipping information page.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations are accepted prior to shipment. After an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled.
RETURNS: Returns are accepted for broken, damaged or incorrect items only. Contact me within 7 days of receiving your order for refunds or exchanges. Products do not always need to be returned, and I may just issue a refund or exchange instead.

CHRISTMAS GUARANTEE
Orders placed for delivery in the USA before December 15th will be delivered on or before December 24th. USPS and UPS tracking information which shows a delivery was attempted on or before the 24th will be considered as evidence the guarantee was met regardless if delivery was successful.
Orders placed on or before December 15th and not delivered by December 24th will have shipping charges refunded.
This guarantee only applies to orders shipped to the continental USA.

SHIPPING INFO
Shipping Services
Most items are shipped with USPS (United States Postal Services), that is regular US mail. Larger orders may be shipped UPS or other means if it is more cost effective.
Shipping Price
The price you pay for shipping is the price we are charged to ship the item. We do not inflate the charge, and do our best to keep costs as low as possible by shipping all items together and in smaller packages when possible.
Domestic US Shipments are offered flat rate shipping
International Shipments are calculated at checkout
International Orders
International orders (all orders going outside of the USA) may be assessed a tariff or border fee. The buyer, you, will be responsible to pay this fee if it exists for your country.
Shipping Times
All orders ship within 2-3 business days after an order is received.
Domestic US shipments will take 3 to 5 business days for delivery. This means if you live in the USA you should receive your order 5 to 8 business days after you place your order.
International orders are typically delivered within 15 business days after you place your order.
Free Shipping
Domestic US orders receive free ground shipping and free priority mail for orders $50+ USD
International Shipments are offered two free shipping options.
Standard First-Class for order $25+ USD and expected delivery is within 7-21 business days
Free Priority Mail for orders of $50+ USD and expected delivery is within 6-10 business days
