Wish Spell

Welcome to the first Black Magick Tuesday Spell! Today's spell is a simple Wish Spell.

Since this is the first one I just want to give a quick bit of information. I won't do this with each one, but will probably add it back in occasionally. You can be as extravagant or simple with how you conduct your spells as it is all personal preference. A lot of my spells are going to incorporate fire. I'm a fire sign, so it makes sense. Make sure you are using your fire source away from other flammable objects, and using a fire proof container for burning. Also, feel free to altar any spell to fit your needs. If you feel it should be done a different way, then do it that way! I'm not going to take offense to that. Trust your intuition, that's what it is there for. I'm starting this series out with easier spells, and will get more in depth as we go along.

I'm also not a chanter or rhymer unless the occasion really calls for it. If you are, by all means go ahead, and I will try to make sure to add a chant, or rhyme in for you to follow. This one has one.

Wish Spell

What you'll need: Pen & Paper. If you have bay leaves feel free use those

Optional: Candle, lighter, match, and fire proof container

Time of day: I prefer later evening, but night time with a visible moon is perfect

Instructions:

On your piece of paper write your wish or desire three times. Be short but specific.

Optional Chant: 3 x 3 x 3, bring this wish unto me: state your wish

If you follow a specific deity, you may alter the chant to include them to garner aid for the request

Burn Option:

Continue chanting and burn the paper (or bay leaf) until only ash is left

Wait for the ashes to cool. You can either take them outside to scatter in your yard, or you can bottle them. Your preference (one will speak more to you than the other). If you bottle them make sure to seal the bottle with wax then place in a secure location like your altar if you have one.

Sealing Option

If you prefer not to burn things in your home completely understandable.

Take your paper / bay leaf and seal it in a small bag, then hide it in a secure location and forget it is there. Under the mattress is where I sometimes put mine.

You're done. You've put your intentions out there. Pay attention over the next few weeks to any signs you may be getting. You could inhibit your own spell from working if you don't. Remember, sometimes the response to our spells is not the blunt in your face one you want, but the nudge you need. Until next week!
